How to get HELP:

***If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please call 911***

*To get long term help you should start by seeing a therapist. Ask your family doctor for a recommendation on which therapist to see and specify that you need someone with experience in eating disorders.

*Another route to try is calling your local hospitals and/or health centers to see if they offer any eating disorder support groups, clinics or programs.
